For the past 25 years, Stew Tabak has represented clients seriously injured in connection with various types of traffic collisions including trucks ("big-rigs"), cars, motorcycles, bicycles and other forms of highway accidents. This also includes cases on behalf of:
1. Drivers injured as the result of the negligent driving conduct of the operator of another car, truck or motorcycle;
2. Passengers who are severely injured due to no fault of their own; and
3. Pedestrians and bicyclists injured by an improperly operated motor vehicle.
Representing clients whom have received serious and permanent injuries in motor vehicle collisions often involves finding adequate insurance coverage for the injured client. Over the years, Stew Tabak has developed a special interest in searching out and finding additional insurance coverage to help compensate the injured client for their losses. During this time, he has written articles and given seminars focusing on UM (Uninsured Motorist), UIM (Underinsured Motorist), and other forms of liability insurance coverage which can be pursued relentlessly and effectively to help satisfy the client's severe – and often times catastrophic – losses.
