Stewart M. Tabak, Esq.

Stew Tabak has been a trial lawyer since 1979, specializing in personal injury cases including serious truck and auto collisions, medical negligence, wrongful death, elder abuse and products liability, among others. He is a respected advocate throughout California, and has distinguished himself by serving on the Board of Governors for the Consumer Attorneys of California for many years, and as Editor-in-Chief of its monthly publication Forum , for four years.

Additionally, Stew is an honored member of three prestigious, invitation-only legal associations: The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), The American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), and the International Society of Barristers; he is the only attorney in San Joaquin County to be a member of all three. Stew is a 1975 graduate of the University of the Pacific where he has been inducted as a Fellow of the university, and a 1979 graduate from Humphreys College, School of Law.
